When do we ship?

We ship items that are marked in stock during the same working day or with the next few working days. Backorders will receive an email from us with the expected shipping date.


Where do we ship to?

We ship to all Australian addresses. Some business products can’t be shipped to PO boxes so its always preferred to list your physical address instead of your PO box or Parcel Loacker.


How do we ship?

We ship using Australia Post, Toll IPEC and other carriers.


Shipping Rates?

We have a Free Standard Shipping Policy applicable for all items sold on our website. Rates of express shipping are displayed on the checkout page.

*Heavy items (more than 30 kg) need special handling. Our Free Standard Shipping and Express Shipping do not include offloading at your address. In case you require us to offload the item at your address, a special equipment will be required which cost an additional 150 AUD. Please contact us to arrange this if required.


How to track an order that has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number.


Shipping transit time?

Shipping transit time varies depending on our post code and service selected at checkout. Also please take into consideration the longer than usual shipping times during special events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Boxing Day and others.
